Juan has more than 16 years’ international experience in the delivery of large and complex construction projects in Europe, North America, Latin America and South Africa and holds a degree in Engineering (Civil).
Before becoming Managing Director at CPB Contractors, Juan was Managing Director of CIMIC Group company, UGL. Prior to that, he was Executive General Manager Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) and Construction West at CPB Contractors.
Executive General Manager - Vic, WA, NZ & Broad
Roberto has worked in the infrastructure sector for over 23 years and has been the Managing Director of three infrastructure companies in Europe, America and Asia Pacific, with specialist expertise across diverse contractual and risk transfer models.
Roberto, formerly Deputy Managing Director of CIMIC Group company, Pacific Partnerships, is responsible for CPB Contractors' construction operations in Western Australia and the Northern Territory, and for our subsidiary Broad. Roberto has a MSc Urban Planning (Master in Urban Development and Land Organisation) and a Bsc Civil Engineering (Bachelor in Civil Engineering).
Executive General Manager - NSW, Qld, Major Projects & Tunnelling
Don has more than 30 years’ experience in the Australian construction industry, having held senior executive construction and engineering roles on some of the country’s largest infrastructure projects across all major sectors, leading both the tendering and execution phases.
Don’s track record and significant project management experience, most recently as Bid Director and Project Director responsible for the successful delivery of the $2.7 billion WestConnex M4 East in Sydney, have built his reputation as an innovative leader with an open, communicative style and risk-based approach. Don holds aBE Civil Engineering (Hons) from the Queensland Institute of Technology.
Executive General Manager - Asia
Pedro first joined Asia in 2015 as Executive General Manager South East Asia and India. He has over 20 years of international experience in the general contracting industry throughout North America, Europe, Australia and Africa.
Prior to joining the company, Pedro held several key international management roles, including Dragados S.A. Project Director, and Area Manager and Director; Dragados Canada Executive Vice President and Operations Manager; and Dragados Australia Executive General Manager, Director and Secretary. Pedro holds a Master in Civil Engineering and is a member of the Spanish Association of Civil Engineers.

Andrew has a strong track record of aligning business strategies with people engagement, safety and sustainability.
Andrew is focused on fostering and celebrating our people’s skills, efforts and commitment, and is leading our work to ensure our people are at the heart of our competitive advantage. Before joining CPB Contractors, Andrew spent more than a decade as a senior leader in major civil construction organisations, including CIMIC Group. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Social Science.
Jean-Paul has a strong track record in providing key legal advice and support as part of corporate leadership teams, including more than five years as a General Counsel.
Jean-Paul leads a team delivering services including legal risk management, tenders and general commercial contract reviews. He also leads the company secretary function relating to the company’s statutory requirements. Jean-Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Arts, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
Executive General Manager - Pre-Contracts & Risk
Working in the Australian construction industry for more than 20 years, Stuart has extensive leadership experience in major civil construction companies, specialising in commercial, legal and project management.
Joining CPB Contractors in 2012 as Deputy General Counsel, Stuart supports our company by identifying and capitalising on work and project opportunities, and ensuring risks have been properly identified and assessed. This includes detailed assessments of work-winning priorities and a disciplined approach to bid and tender management and project reviews. Stuart holds both a civil engineering degree and a law degree.
