Broad Construction has once again demonstrated its expertise in healthcare construction by successfully delivering Bethesda Clinic’s Stage 2 project in Perth, Western Australia.
This achievement follows their recent recognition at the Master Builders Awards, where they were awarded Best Health Care Building Award in the $20.0 million to $50.0 million category for their exemplary work in delivering Stage 1 of the clinic.
The completion of Stage 2 involved the construction of an additional 30 patient rooms, accompanied by modern facilities that cater to the specific needs of Bethesda patients.
Broad Construction's delivery of both Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the facility included the construction of:
- 75 patient rooms
- Mental Health Wellness and Recovery Centre
- Specialized consulting suites
- Treatment and recovery areas
- Back-of-house services and offices
- Parking facilities
