CPB Contractors is the Managing Contractor responsible for the planning and construction of the $274 million RAAF Base Williamtown Redevelopment Stage 2 project.
Works included building new office accommodation for more than 950 personnel over five levels, a new auditorium for 250 personnel, a new Army and Air Force Canteen Service (AAFCANS) facility and commercial precinct, upgrades to base entries and new road alignments inside the base, delivering ICT and security upgrades, new on-grade car park for 800 vehicles and landscaping, and adaptive reuse of existing buildings. The project also involved refurbishing working accommodation to relocate the Base Command Post and Base Support.
Work commenced in 2015 and completed in 2021.
