100 Creek Street is a modern office tower located at a prime corner in the heart of Brisbane's CBD.
Broad Construction’s delivery of this project involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the existing base building (24 levels) to introduce new and renovated features, including:
- A fully refurbished Ground Floor property entry foyer
- New feature seating and landscaping along the Creek Street and Adelaide Street frontages
- Renovated common lift lobbies and amenities across the 24 levels of office space
- New end-of-trip amenities on Level 1 of the office area
- A fully equipped leasing display suite on Level 7 of the office space
- Demolition and restoration work on various levels of the office accommodation.
Broad Construction has now been integrated to CPB Contractors. This change has enhanced CPB Contractors building expertise across Western Australia and Queensland, specifically where the majority of Broad's highly experienced delivery teams are now focused on delivering all new building projects under the CPB Contractors brand.
