In January 2020, Broad Construction secured a contract to design and build horse stalls as an addition to the Ipswich Events and Entertainment Centre - one of the largest event spaces in western Brisbane.
The newly created outdoor spaces were deliberately designed to cater for the ITC’s ‘Ipswich Cup’ day, an annual event that enhances the fabric of the local community, having been held for over 150 years and which employs the whole range of site infrastructure for the attendance of greater than 20,000 patrons.
Delivery of the project included the removal and replacement of older buildings and additional open green space areas.

Broad Construction has now been integrated to CPB Contractors. This change has enhanced CPB Contractors building expertise across Western Australia and Queensland, specifically where the majority of Broad's highly experienced delivery teams are now focused on delivering all new building projects under the CPB Contractors brand.
