Broad Construction has once again demonstrated its expertise in healthcare construction by successfully delivering Bethesda Clinic’s Stage 1 and 2 project in Perth, Western Australia.
Broad’s delivery of both Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the facility included the construction of:
- 75 patient rooms
- Mental Health Wellness and Recovery Centre
- Specialised consulting suites
- Treatment and recovery areas
- Back-of-house services and offices
- Parking facilities
Throughout construction, the team remained committed to waste reduction, ensuring all waste materials were appropriately separated off-site, with recyclable and landfill materials handled responsibly. On-site, the project team also introduced additional recycling bins and encouraged workers to adhere to a "no foam or plastic cup" policy.

Broad Construction has now been integrated to CPB Contractors. This change has enhanced CPB Contractors building expertise across Western Australia and Queensland, specifically where the majority of Broad's highly experienced delivery teams are now focused on delivering all new building projects under the CPB Contractors brand.
