Currently under construction, Stage 1 will be delivered under a Construct Only model and comprises five new buildings including;
- Administration building
- Numerous general learning buildings (1 storey, 2 storey and 3 storey)
- Sports courts
- A workshop, and
- Extensive landscaping.
The new school is due to open for Term 1 in 2025 and is currently accepting Prep and Year 3 to Year 7 student enrolments.
Broad Construction has now been integrated to CPB Contractors. This change has enhanced CPB Contractors building expertise across Western Australia and Queensland, specifically where the majority of Broad's highly experienced delivery teams are now focused on delivering all new building projects under the CPB Contractors brand.
