CPB Contractors uses an industry procurement platform Felix.
A Help Guide for the platform is available here: Felix help
Potential supplier/vendors are to register and confirm packages of interest through Felix as follows:
Suppliers/Vendors not currently in Felix - Create a free account here and select the packages of interest. The help guide for registration is available here.
Suppliers/Vendors currently on Felix are not required to use the Link and instead are to email felix.procurement@cpbcon.com.au and provide the email address associated with the supplier/vendor's email account. Safety
Safety is a key cornerstone of the Project’s approach to safe and certain delivery of the LGC Rail Package. The Project will hold all subcontractors and suppliers to the highest of standards when it comes to safety. Vendors will be asked to comply with stringent safety systems and controls, with the Alliance team available to actively support vendors to participate and build capability to perform successfully in this area.
To deliver on these standards, the Project’s expectations include:
Exceptional safe outcomes for our Clients; Community; Customers and Colleagues
Application and adherence to the ActivUs health and safety framework
Compliance to Queensland Rail’s safety management system requirements
Proactive safety risk management and application of the safety hierarchy of controls
Exemplary safety culture and leadership
Compliance to the Heavy Vehicle Chain of Responsibility and active risk management for vulnerable road users
Other key requirements
Local Benefits
ActivUs Alliance is committed to engaging local businesses and workforce on the project and providing upskilling opportunities through training and apprenticeships.
Local Industry Participation
The Project has a focus on prioritising local industry participation from the Logan Local Government Area and by businesses within the immediate vicinity of the rail corridor between Kuraby and Beenleigh, and the surrounding catchments of Brisbane, Gold Coast and Scenic Rim. The selection of successful vendor tenders will be through a variety of factors including (but not limited to) price, capability, capacity. location, safety, quality and environmental performance, and social outcomes activities. Businesses participating in the project will also be encouraged to also prioritise participation of local businesses within their own supply chain.
Indigenous Participation
The Project recognises that engaging and building relationships and trust with traditional owners, local Indigenous men and women, their communities and organisations require awareness, knowledge and understanding of Indigenous culture, traditions, and barriers to economic participation. The Project is committed to providing participation opportunities in employment, training, and industry participation for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples and businesses throughout the life of the project.
Training
Skills and capacity at CPB Contractors
The Project is targeting high participation for ‘Entry level Training’ opportunities such as Apprentice and Traineeships, Graduate and Undergraduate placements, and Indigenous people.

Logan is home to more than 350,000 people from more than 234 different cultures, making it one of Queensland’s most diverse communities. The Alliance has a strong commitment to achieving lasting social outcomes and inclusive participation during the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project. The Project is focussed on building partnerships, targeting procurement practices and delivering programs directly and through our subcontractors and suppliers that increase the participation of:
